Two world-famous companies have their headquarters in Gütersloh: Bertelsmann SE, which has been headquartered in Gütersloh since its founding in 1835, is one of the world's largest media companies. The second global player is Miele Cie. KG, a manufacturer of household and commercial appliances.
The property is located in the best part of Berliner Strasse, which is the absolute premier shopping street in Gütersloh. Gütersloh's main train station is located a few meters to the west, the town hall in the northern part of the Berliner Straße.
