Exclusive investments in cities and properties in Scandinavia with creditworthy tenants. The properties must meet a set of criteria to qualify for inclusion in the project, and the property portfolio as a whole must meet a range of quality and diversification criterias.
Located on Main Streets
The properties in the German High Street Properties portfolio are situated on main streets or in prime commercial areas in German cities with a population of at least 50,000, as well as in Scandinavia. The properties are primarily located in cities with robust economies and demographics.
Quality and Risk Diversification Requirements
The overall portfolio meets a range of quality and risk diversification requirements. Among the most significant requirements is that a main part of the portfolio's rental income originates from cities with a population of at least 80,000.
